Not only did this project have to run their site, it also runs its retail store. The site allows users to check and see what movies are in stock at the store and then reserve them online. When a title is reserved, a notification is sent to the store where they pull a copy from the shelf and set it aside. The site also features reviews for movies, a store to buy merchandise, a full content management system, and the ability to become a member of the store. The system also functions as the point of sale and checkout system while in the store. It manages the whole inventory and movie rental system as well.
